Reflection On Wound Dressing
I was engaged when I transfer the patient from bed to a wheelchair because I had a chance to work as a nurse. A patient I was taking care of was placed in contact isolation because the patient has a history of MRSA and I had a chance to don PPE to protect my cloths and to reduce cross-contamination. In addition, I was engaged when the instructor demonstrated how to change the wound dressing.
