Reflection On Border Health
• To practice what I am learning in my public health classes and apply it to the community.
• To gain a practical sense of some of the key issues of the border from a Public Health perspective. As I have been a long time resident of the border region, I am aware of some, but not all of them. Therefore, I would like to expand my knowledge on these issues.
• Learn how the office of Border Health Commission is addressing some key border health issues at a binational level.
• To see how I may be able to better serve my community and similar border communities.
