Reflection On Behavioral Change Consultants
The Behavioral Change consultants Nikki Cockern and Maurice Bulls from the Wayne State University and Behavioral Change Consultant workshop I attended was very important when serving the transgender community. The presentation was very informative and they conveyed good spirit about the motivational interviewing process. They discussed (Pace) Partnership, acceptance, compassion and evocation when interacting with a client living with HIV or transgender community. Highlighting the clients strengths and values on their skills goals or position they may have to achieved or a goal to achieve.
