Michael Blair was faced with multiple charges and years in prison for something he did not do. First Blair would be faced with a really long time in prison for capital murder. Wednesday, Blair was charged with capital murder because of the death of Ashley Nicole Estell, who was abducted on Sept. 4 from a crowded park in Plano, Texas (McFarland). This shows what Michael was charged with capital murder against a Texas teen, Ashley Estell, on September 4th from a crowded park. Second, Blair was already a convicted felon and claimed that he was innocent. A convicted sex offender that was 23 years old was charged with capital murder, says that he did not commit the abduction and killing of a Texas girl (McFarland). This goes more into personal detail about the convicted murderer, Michael Blair, and the fact that he is pleading innocent in this capital murder charge. Upon arriving on the scene I was met by SGT Johansson to describe the scene as he saw it and the homeowners’ statements. He explained the homeowner, Cindy Pinsk told him she looked out her living room window and saw a gray sedan pull up. She heard the doorbell ring. Since she was not expecting anyone, she did not answer the door. She heard glass breaking and ran out the back door to a neighbor’s house, where she called 9-1-1. She saw broken glass on the carpet in the entry hallway and saw where the door had been pried open with some sort of tool. Pinsk told Johansson her Apple computer, a pair of diamond…

On Thursday, June 9, 2016 at around 8:00 pm, I, Sergeant Bever was patrolling the College Park neighborhood area. I observed several vehicles at the Pure Gas Station located at 2218 Ladnier Rd and some were playing music loud enough that could be heard over 100 feet away. I pulled into the parking lot of the gas station to address this and witnessed a black male nervously walk away from a white Lincoln Town Car parked in front of the business. A Mississippi antique tag (200664) was displayed on the Town Car and was ran through NCIC. The tag came back to a 1978 Red Buick car and registered to Joseph or Orquidea Harris of 11499 Acorn Dr, Gulfport, MS 39503. I then pulled into the car wash next to the gas station and waited for the driver to return and leave so I could conduct a traffic stop for having a switched tag.…
