The mission of an organization “is its purpose or reason for being”. It will state “who we are, here is what the organization do, and how we differ from our competitors”. Based on the mission statement the company will develop their goals and objectives. They will focus on every single aspect that will help to strive and reach the mission of the organization. The mission statement will influence on the everyday actions of the company, it will affect the ways the employees, managers and other supervisors communicate, supervise, and engage relationships between each other. “Reducing concussions for lives” main goal is to educate people and raise the awareness of the severity of the impact in life of a head trauma injury without being managed on an appropriate manner. In addition, the organization expectation related with the education is to increase the safeness of the athletes since they will be able to recognize the symptoms, and he/she will be able to report it to the adequate medical staff on site. With this vision, all the personnel and stakeholders involved in the project will know what we are looking for. The people involved in the project needs to be able to engage and approach people, they should be able to handle situation with coaches and parents that reject the idea of trauma to de head will cause further injuries on the athletes, and that it will not have consequences in the short and long term. Moreover, Reducing Concussions for Lives personnel should be able to communicate with people of different cultural back ground and educational levels. The workshops and seminars will be adjusted to the focused group to have the best results. In addition, the mission will allow the stakeholders and other participants of the project to understand that day by day situation and challenges that the project will go through to reach people. In these days, due there are several misunderstanding and misconceptions of concussion that have been spread out by old believes on the matter. Based on scientific studies the management of concussion and recognition of its symptoms has gone deeper and deeper every year, and this project will be able to present the most accurate and reliable ways to deal with this situation.

A. Reduce the report time of the injury by a 20% by the end of 2017 in comparison with schools that have not gone through the program”
