Red Marbles Lab Report
The overall purpose of the lab is the understanding of the process and goals of the scientific method. This lab illustrates that this method is very useful to answer a question or address a problem base on observations and the available information.
Hypothesis: There are more red marbles than black marbles.
We were able to address our hypothesis with the data collected because 26.32% of the marbles are red and just 14.47% are black. Also, the percentage of red marbles is the biggest in comparison with the others.
The percentage of red marbles is very similar to the class average of red marbles. The percentage of red marbles is the highest in our group and the second highest in the class average. Also, the percentage yellow marbles is similar

Marble is formed when the limestone is changed from the heat and pressure after being overspread by other materials. The advantage of marbles has a slight surface clearness that is like human skin. Marbles is soft and easy to work with refine and polish. As the marbles gets older it becomes harder and more long-lasting and is more weather resistance than sand or clay. The disadvantages are marbles absorb skin oil when being touch which leads to brownish and yellow stains. It’s more resistant than limestone but it can be attack by weak acid and acid rain.…
