Recommendation Letters
To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is my personal recommendation for Mrs Alemneh Agegn. Until just recently, I have been 's immediate supervisor for years. I found him to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile.

Besides being a joy to work with, he is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He has successfully developed several helpful plans in his department. During his work, we saw an increase in quality of service and patient flow that exceeded our hospital’s pre set goals . The current departmental achievment was a direct result of plans implemented by Alemneh.
Though he was an asset to his own departmental activities, Alemneh was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of the company. In addition to writing effective follow up and evaluation , Alemneh assumed a leadership role in inspiring and motivating other employees.

I highly recommend Alemneh for the programm. He is a team player and would make a great asset to any organization.

Sincerely,

Ato\Dr…..

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is to serve as my formal recommendation for Alemneh Agegn.Alemneh has been an employee in our hospital for several years. He has been interested in obtaining an Msc degree for some time now and I feel that he would be an excellent candidate for your esteemed program.

During his time here, Alemneh has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a dedication to success. His efforts have produced high quality results time and time again. Last year, Alemneh developed and successfully implemented a plan to streamline the radiology department. The plan was a major undertaking, requiring a great deal of thought and effort on Alemneh’s behalf.

Though Alemneh is our employee, he is also in an unofficial leadership role. Many of his co-workers seek his advice and support. Alemneh is always there for them and is quite comfortable in the role. I

A group of people with a similar goal can accomplish more together than they each could alone. I see those around me as part of a team, whether they are co-workers, classmates, or individuals I depend on for a service. Though it is not related to healthcare, working with V'z Modeling & Learning Academy has allowed me to demonstrate leadership skills. My role as Operational Support Specialist requires communicating with other families at my site and maintaining contact with our other site to keep everyone updated, assisting the director with planning shows and practices, and directing backstage activities during the show to maintain smooth transitions and correct any issues that may arise. Similar characteristics are required for pharmacists as they delegate pharmacy tasks and collaborate with other health care providers. Ted Jones, the Surgery Unit Director should present his proposal for four things for his unit. Those four things, in my opinion, should be that Ted should ask for more space, the budget to allow new improved equipment and equipment renovations, hire part time employees, and better the accommodations for patients. It is imperative that these four things would allow the facility to grow substantially in many areas as well as provide safety to the patients. These four requests being made would also allow the facility to make more money.…

Therefore, people in traditional leadership roles are not always the best since they are often disconnected from patients and patient interaction. Due to their long hours and the nature of their work, residents are often closest to the problems. Also because they seek to advance their career and changes to the future affect them the most, they are the most eager to “provide brilliant solutions if empowered.” Hence residents, despite their relative inexperience, can serve in leadership roles effectively. An example of this is Dr. Kamran Hamid, who while a resident was called into the office of the chair of orthopedic surgery to discuss long wait times in the ER (Hamid, 2013). When she presented solutions to the issues at hand, the Chair gave her control of the redesign project to fix the issues discussed. Dr. Hamid states that due to their dedication to the hospital, residents knew where the inefficiencies of the hospital lay, but because of their low position in the hospital chain of command, they need empowerment, like given to her by the Chair, to try to fix the…
