The Real- World Wellness ( Behavioral Strategies for Reshaping Your Eating Habits) was very interesting ! It was basically some tips on how to change your old eating habits to better habits to control your over eating. Some of the tips I actually already do for example eating slow, I can't eat fast , I have tried to but if so its makes me feel overly stuffed. Another tip would be preparing only enough food for one meal, it does work because you don't have to worry about left over or going for seconds. There are some tips I have never heard of such as sitting down your utensils after every mouthful, eat in certain place not in every room of your home, or serve food on a small plate or in a small bowl. I think all these tips are good to try
