Rape Case Interview Report
On 6/24/2016 at 2100 hours, at the Lower Buckeye Jail, 3250 W Lower Buckeye Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85009, I was notified by Officer Willette B3128 that Inmate Fredette, Andrew T280712 told him that another inmate had threatened to rape him. RN Devera RG866 came to interview him at 2113 hours, I spoke with him at the same time as not to make him have to repeat the Incident too many times. Inmate Fredette told me and the nurse that the Inmate on the top bunk of cell two had stated that he was going to rape him if they got out together. I had Inmate Fredette fill out a voluntary statement of this encounter. At 2150 hours I took a description of the inmate who made the threat and was able to get a positive ID of Inmate Carrillo, Angel T266758. I asked
