Jennifer Copley argues that listening to rap music does not make teens violent. She was saying that studies have been conducted to assess the effect of listening to rap on teens. The findings are mixed, but overall they suggest the listening to rap does not cause aggressive behaviour. He was saying studies show that certain kinds of music tend to feature and even promote violence, especially in children and adolescents. He also said “of course, rap music gets much of the blame. For example, the prevention research center of the pacific institute for research and evaluation in berkeley, calif, suggests young people who listen to rap and hip-hop more likely to abuse alcohol and commit violent acts.” in other words, Matthew Robinson believes that people that listen to rap music are stereotypes, or that rap is bad all people listen to it abuse alcohol and commit violent acts.
