Radiance Reconstructive Surgery
What marketing strategies should Radiance pursue in the next five years? Explain why the strategies you select would best fit the organization.
In the next five years, Radiance should embark upon a strategic marketing program. This would consist of an environmental analysis; a competitive and industry analysis; segmentation, targeting, and positioning analysis; as well as a customer analysis (Fisher, 2013).
Should Radiance engage in lifestyle, sponsorship, or event marketing? Explain your answer.
Radiance should engage in Event Marketing. Radiance’s name will appear prominently in all promotions for the event, and then they will be able to track how much business was generated by the event (Fisher, 2013).
Which venues would best match with Radiance’s brand, should the organization choose to move forward with these types of marketing?
Radiance should also start consumer promotions. They could start to offer free initial consultations. This would be a good way to draw in potential patients. I believe this would also work going forward.
What damage control techniques should Melissa employ? Or, would she be better off to just wait and let some time pass before responding? Defend your answer.
Melissa should defend the organizations innocence. She should provide evidence and proof that Radiance Reconstructive Surgery was not at fault. This should help in disputing the false claims provided by this semi famous person.
