    For the convenience of the readers, percent will be used to further explain the results. All of the respondents use Facebook but 10% of them were not aware of the term social networking. In addition, 80% of the respondents use other social networking aside from Facebook. As to the question asking if there are any offensive incidents that they have encountered while using Facebook, 50% of the respondents answered yes while the other 50% answered no. For the reason why they use Facebook, 70% of the respondents do Facebook to put comments followed by to share information which is what 20% of the respondents do. 10% of the respondents use Facebook to view commercial links. Ask about the safety of using Facebook in relation to security, 50% of the respondents answered yes, they believe that Facebook is safe to use while the other 40% answered that for them, it is not safe to use it. Moreover, 10% of the respondents answered 'not at all '. When the respondents were asked how many hours do they use Facebook in a week, 60% of them answered more than 4hours while 30% answered less than 1 hour. As we are moving towards Digital Bangladesh many people has access to internet from their PC or their cell phones.
