    In efforts to resolve the issue , I also find it essential to have Jack and Ruth track the amount of time it takes them to complete their work on a daily basis. Monitoring the amount of work they complete within the hours that they work will allow me to determine and distribute the work load evenly between Jack and Ruth to ensure that all the work is being accomplished for the benefit of DMD Medical Supplies. Overtime hours will greatly decline if not even seize altogether.
