Introduction

Le marché du vin français est important et surtout complexe. On distingue de nombreuses catégories de vins , et il existe souvent une confusion dans l’esprit du consommateur entre toutes ces dénominations : vins de table, vins de pays, AOC ( appellation d’origines contrôlées )et les VDQS ( vins de qualité supérieur) . La dénomination vin de pays fut crée pour valoriser les vins sans appellations. Les vins de cépage s’opposent au vins d’assemblage et sont constitués de la récolte d’un unique cépage.
