Pros And Cons Of Fair Labour Standards Act
The Fair Labor standards Act came into place in 1938.This Act was established to create a fair and good relationship between the employer and the employees. The Act defines different categories of employees. According to the Fair Standards Act any employee who offers services to an employer should be compensated fairly based on existing labour laws. (The Associated labour act. 1977).
In accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act, any employee shall be compensated as per the laws of labor relations. The Act prescribes, hourly rate or agreed rate as the rate of compensation for the employee. However the Act also prescribes the rates below the employers shall not pay employees the amount less than the prescribed amount. If the employers offer
