Pros And Cons Of Estj Personality
After taking the “16 Personalities” test, I found that I am an ESTJ personality type. ESTJs, or executives, always seek an unclouded truth, free of opinions and emotions. ESTJs are great at making and keeping a working team, unafraid of putting a stop to their lacking colleagues. Although ESTJs are strong leaders, they tend to think everybody else works just like them and do not take others into consideration. A few examples of some famous people with ESTJ personality are Dwight Schrute, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and Judge Judy.
Being an ESTJ has its pros and cons. ESTJs are strong willed, meaning that they stick to their beliefs and opinions unless they are proven wrong. People of this personality type tend to be very organized. Being organized
