it depends if that baby boomer is up to par with the technology of today. If they can use the tools to communicate such as texting, then yeah. My kid doesn't call unless it's a urgent emergency. He will text throughout the day regularly tho. What is funny, is the fact that baby boomers can pretend to not be tech savvy and get away with it.
