This position will be based in Hong Kong but also need to travel to provide training support in oversea offices.

JOB SPECIFICATION
Role Objective:
The Management Trainer need to ensure the high level of customer services of the whole company and trainings have been delivered to relative staffs and performed in essential functions afterward. He / she is also responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the training programmes.

Accountable:
He / she will be the management link of company, management and general staff. He / she needs to make sure the programmes effective and suitable for those participate in the courses. Also, he / she is the one who control the training budget of company.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Educated to degree level, preferable in Psychological, Human Resources, Training or Business Administration.
