Task 3
Generate solutions: use the futuring technique to identify potential solutions to the correctly defined problems or challenges. Give 5 examples of futuring solutions for your 3 problems.

1.) A challenge that I have encountered is not having gone to school in over 10 years. Learning in a classroom setting is taking some getting used to.

a.) I see myself becoming accustomed to my new environment and embracing it.
b.) I will learn to better interact with people in the civilian world and grow out of my army shell.
c.) I will not be apprehensive about learning in such a large group but use it to my advantage by sharing ideas with others and getting feedback from them about my work.
d.) Instead of dreading talking to the teacher about work I will ask questions and use their knowledge to expand my own
e.) I can use this opportunity to become more comfortable in groups. Slowly learning to become conferrable around people who are not solders

2.) Another challenge that I have encountered is having classes at night. When I was in the army my hours were typically during the day.

a.) I can use this to my advantage by setting up a new schedule, so if I do get a job that is at night it will not be such a major switch.
b.) I will have more time to study in peace and quiet, because my family will be asleep so I will have fewer distractions.
c.) I can be available during the day so if any emergency’s crop up that requires my fiancé or my attention I can easily attend to them without her missing any work.
d.) Doing homework late at night or during the day I will not be fighting my fiancé for the computer or internet bandwidth.
e.) I will be able to plan activity’s during the day without it effecting my attendance in class.

3.) The final challenge that I have encountered is during my army career I did not use computers on a daily basis. The work I did with the army most moly performed with my hands.
