Candor will help me manage the joint meeting sessions between IT and Business, and get more people involve in the process and encourage them to speak their minds, and that will help to get idea rich, since ideas get surfaced, discussed, pulled a part, and improved, any organization, or unit or team that brings more people and their minds into the conversation has an immediate advantage. The second principle to help me achieve my career goal is treating direct employee and co-worker with dignity and respect their voice and opinion, happy and satisfied employee is typically a highly productive which will help in cutting cost, when an employee is treated with a lack of dignity it can become demoralizing to the entire line of business.

I would like to be more open with my direct employees and where they stand, and know if they have a shot at big promotion or need to find other opportunities. I am originally from Syria and came to the US in 1990. I went to university of Dayton, graduated with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in computer engineering. Currently resides in Dublin, Ohio (Columbus Suburb). I am married and have three children (one boy and 2 girls), Omar is 14, Sereen is 10, and Aleen is 2.
