Chapter I
Introduction
A. Background of the Study
In this project, we definitely make part of the environment and the nature. We made an environment-friendly solution that is beneficial to the people. We chose this project because definitely it cost cheap, it is easy to create, and it is very advantageous
B. Statement of the Problem
-General Objectives
* To have a valuable product from the nature’s hands.
* To provide eco-friendly solution for school problems.
-Specific Objectives This study aims to answer the following query:
* What are the uses of Sand and Eggshell?
* Is the study beneficial to the school?
* Will this study be effective on whiteboards?
* Can this research work possibly be pursued in the future?
C. Hypothesis
* Sand and Eggshell is abrasive that can clean surfaces.
* Yes, especially to those dirty-looking whiteboards.
* Yes, as we tried it on the whiteboard surface, it can clean and as well as whiten the board.
* Possibly, yes.
D. Significance to the Study
The project would benefit the school. The teachers and pupils as well as others can use the product for the need of cleaning. The importance of the study is a great value to the environment. It is pollution-free and also introduces the 3R’s in the study.
E. Scope and Limitation
This project is limited only on the effect of the solution to the surface. The study focused on the specifications of how to acquire well quality of the items, the Sand, Eggshell, and Hydrogen Peroxide, and conscientiously observed the proper storage and maintenance of suitable room temperature.
F. Definition of Terms
* solution – a homogeneous mixture formed by this process; especially: a single phase liquid system.
* Hydrogen Peroxide – an unstable compound H2O2 used especially as an oxidizing and bleaching agent, an antiseptic, and a propellant.
* Abrasive – (of a substance or material) capable of polishing or cleaning a hard surface by rubbing or grinding.

Chapter II
Review of Related Literature
The review of the study focuses on the beneficial factors given by the sand, eggshell and the Hydrogen Peroxide solution and its preparations which can contribute a big help to the school’s classroom problems by making use of our local products. [1] Sand is a naturally occurring granular material composed of finely divided rock and mineral particles. The composition of sand is highly variable, depending on the local rock sources and conditions, but the most common constituent of sand in inland continental settings and non-tropical coastal settings is silica (silicon dioxide, or SiO2), usually in the form of quartz. The second most common form of sand is calcium carbonate, for example aragonite, which has mostly been created, over the past half billion years, by various forms of life, like coral and shellfish. Sand is also is abrasive that can clean rough surfaces.[2] An eggshell is the outer covering of a hard-shelled egg and of some forms of eggs with soft outer coats. Bird eggshells contain calcium carbonate and dissolve in various acids, including the vinegar used in cooking. While dissolving, the calcium carbonate in an egg shell reacts with the acid to form carbon dioxide. Eggshell is an eco-friendly household abrasive. You see, that the sand and eggshell contains calcium carbonate. Calcium Carbonate is a compound (CaCO3) found in nature even eggshells are 95% calcium carbonate. Calcium Carbonate absorbs moisture. So, it is often added to face powders.

Chapter III
Methodology
A.Materials
Fine sand, powdered egg shell, Hydrogen Peroxide, mixing bowl, stirring rod, food processor, mortar and pestle.
B. Procedure *To easily crush the egg shells, use the mortar and pestle. Afterwards, use the food processor to pulverize the egg shells. * On a mixing bowl, put a tablespoon of each (Sand, Powdered egg shell, Hydrogen Peroxide). Add more Hydrogen Peroxide to increase the consistency of the solution.

Chapter IV
Results and Discussion
The solution has been done successfully by the help of everyone in the group. The effectivity of the solution has been tried on the dirty-looking and hard to write whiteboard of a classroom. Everyone thought the surface will be sticky but no, it is still smooth. The whiteboard became clean, smooth, and easy to write on. The solution is a best replacement to acetone, because acetone can damage the board. The solution can also erase old-markings on the board with the use of force.

Chapter V
Recommendation
Further study to be undertaken to determine the effectivity and efficacy of the product. Moreover, shelf life must also be determined.
