During a routine practice, the plaintiff collapsed on the field resulting in a heat stroke and liver failure. The plaintiff survived his life-threatening injuries by receiving a liver transplant and extensive rehabilitation. However, after the plaintiff’s successful recovery and rehabilitation, the plaintiff tried to reinstate into the Towson University’s football program. Class Pres.

As the class of 2017 we are the start of a new tree or a generation. We are the leaves of the tree. The trunk is our foundation who are our teachers or parents. And the branches of our new tree is the impact we have on society. Even though we are just one class in a billion of 2017 classes we can make a difference. We can become those leaders. We can make the next year of homecoming one no one will ever forget. We can set a new tradition for our school. A leader is a problem solver, not a finger pointer. A leader inspires others to do their best, not teach them the wrong and a leader does not tell people how to do something but simply shows them how they have done it. All of these qualities falls under leadership. The definition of leadership is “a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task” now you can’t tell me Rebecca Rowland does not have those qualities. I bet she has helped every single one of us in here in some way or another. She is the person we need as our leader, as our class president. She is the person who, out of all of us, deserves to be the president the most. Academically she is outstanding! Socially she is the bomb! She gets along great with almost every one she meets. Rebecca L. Rowland should be, and needs to be your new 2013-2014 class…

    Class room Observation

It is about 9:30am, half an hour after the children have come inside and had a short circle time with a few songs and calendar. I enter the classroom, and am amazed as always by the atmosphere within. It is calm, but busy. There is a constant low level of noise– it is not absolutely quiet, nor is it loud, but there is simply a hum of low voices as they work and talk. I make my way to the observation chair and take it all in. There is something about the feel of a classroom full of children deep at work that is so inspiring.…

In the last few years our culture has dramatically changed. We have gone from kids playing outside all day till the streetlights turned on to now surfing the internet alone at home. We know that physical activity is important to our health. Physical education helps our children improve their knowledge on health and lead them to practices that will benefit their future wellbeing. Some schools do not require students to participate in physical education classes; they don’t seem to realize how important it is for kids to be physically active. The sudden rise in obesity in young children has become a great concern in America. Physical education should be required every year for all public school students.…

Every public school kid has heard the stories about private school; snotty, over-privileged children of equally snotty, wealthy parents, tottering around in their nicely pressed uniforms. The same could be said for private school kids. The majority most likely think public school is for heathens and degenerates. But just how different are they? Take into account the three C’s: cost, clothing, and curriculum.…
