Stress management for student

Purpose: To inform the audience how to manage stress among the students.

Introduction:
Do we all have feeling before, our stomach are ache, and our muscle are cramped? You feel defeated, you feel low and unhappy. When you try to think your solution, you are way out, and you go blank. You are stress. The Malaysia institute of stress defined stresses, physical, mental or emotion strain attention.

Body:
Reason of stresses:

1. The amount of score

2. Pressure to do well

3. Changes of environment

Tips to manage stresses:
1. Recognize our sources of our stress
2. Exercise
3. Let it go
4. Attitude
5. Extra sleep

Conclusion:
Not all stress are bad, only distress is a bad stress. There is a good stress that call eustress that come from adrenaline and your excitement. In conclusion, we cannot ignore the fact that stress is a cousin of our life. Regardless of the reasons we have to manage the stress.
