The three principal factors attracting foreign workers to the Malaysian construction market are “Preference of the employers”, “Lifestyle and working conditions”, and “Unattractiveness of the career pathway”. The main negative impacts induced by foreign workers are “Over-dependence on foreign workers”, “Increment in criminal activities or social problems”, and “Existence of illegal workers”. This research proposes that strategies such as “Attract local workers into the construction industry”, “Industrialized Building Systems”, “Eliminate illegal migration”, and “Improve governance structure” would be successful in minimizing negative impacts induced by foreign workers. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S019739751200015X Foreign workers http://essaybank.degree-essays.com/economics/foreign-workers.php The Flooding of Foreign Workers and the Impact on Changing the Culture of the Local Society is also one of the negative effects of foreign workers. The disasters and incidents at countries such as Bangladesh, and Indonesia and also their political situation had made the current colonist from that countries flooding in Malaysia as foreign staff. Yet an entry impact on foreign workers in Malaysia has paid various impacts to the culture and language among the local society. Apart from that, a negative impact arises, about the variation culture and language aspects because these foreign workers have formed a social organization and their own culture.

In conclusion, I like to reiterate that globalization is inevitable and we must urge individuals, companies and governments to use a more balanced approach by taking appropriate steps to deal with matters relating of negative effect of foreign workers in Malaysia based on the financial or economical gains verses the social, political or environmental concerns of the world
