My final paper will focus in the Peruvian generic medicine market. The Peruvian market is dominated by the leading laboratories who set the prices and control the brands. Peruvian customers are used to follow doctors prescriptions strictly and believe that the use of generics is dangerous. This situation allows the laboratories to capture the market and set the prices (Peruvian medicines are more expensive than in the USA). The Peruvian health agency; "Ministerio de salud" signed a cooperation agreement with national association of pharmacies for them to distribute 83 of the most used generic medicines along with the brand medicines. They never kept up the agreement, and the pharmacies refuse to sell generic medicines.…

The purpose of this paper is to address the issue of police use of deadly force, community policing and the distrust of the police by the community. In addition to providing you with the issues of community oriented policing I will be evaluating the case of Michael brown and Darien Wilson and giving my position on what happened or what should have happened along with a summary of the case. In the case of Michael Brown and Darian Wilson who was a police officer for the Ferguson Missouri Police Department and was not charged with murder after taking the life of teen Michael Brown. According to several news reports Michael brown and a friend were walking in the street when Officer Wilson came and order them to walk on the side walk instead of in the street after doing so it was reported that brown and Wilson had some exchange of words and is what caused the incident to accrue. After their exchange of words, it was reported that a fight occurred between the two followed by the death of brown. My purpose is to prove that the decision of Darian Wilson not being indicted for the murder of a unarmed teen was not right and sends a message to others as well as myself that it ok for officers to commit murder because they are law enforcers.…

A developed country does have a moral duty to produce food over fuel crops when hunger is global issue. Allowing someone to go hungry to be able to fuel a vehicle is immoral. There is a moral duty to make sure that America is not consuming all our food sources to lessen the cost of our fuel imports. Food should be in demand and be available for the poor. It is important to be able to curve the hunger with a source that has many options for usage.…

Children with severe disabilities had very few rights in the educational setting until the adoption of the Education for All Handicapped Children Act (EAHCA). Congress enacted the act in 1975, which required all schools receiving federal funds to provide disabled children an equal access to public education and mandated they be placed in the least restrictive environment (IDEA, 2004). In 1990 the EAHCA is currently enacted as the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The amendment to the EAHCA requires school districts to assist disabled students with transitioning from high school to postsecondary life. IDEA was amended again…

Juvenile delinquency is becoming one of the most debatable subjects in the media not only in America but also all over the world. Some think that we must be severe with the youth that commit violent crime but others think that we should treat them as youngsters first, then as criminals. In “Adult Crime, Adult Time” attorney Linda J. Collier tries to convince the reader that young criminals are to be treated like adult criminals if they commit violent crimes. Timothy Roche and Amanda Bower in the article entitled “Young Voices from the Cell” defend a different point of view saying that young criminals should be treated as young people who suffer from psychological disorders. I disagree with Collier’s argument and I defend the idea and arguments discussed by Roche and Bower because I think that young criminals commit such atrocities because they are young and don’t realize the gravity of their acts, and because many of them suffered from psychological disorders that can be cured with therapies.…

The body of the paper is like being the visual tour guide it basically gives all the details that is need to explain both options. And the conclusion leads you to the end of the tour. It allows…
