LEASE DEED
This lease deed is made and executed on 13th day of June 2014.

Akula Srinivas S/o. Narasimha Rao aged 36 years Resident at Sakhinetipalli Door No. 1-319/1(hereinafter called the “LESSOR” which expression were the context so admits shall include/their heirs, execurots, legal representatives and assigns) of the one party.
STATE BANK OF INDIA, Rep.by Sri ERK Murali, S/o Sri Prasada Rao aged 52 years Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Sakhinetipalli constituted under the State Bank of India Act, 1955 and carrying on business amongst the other places at Sakhinetipalli (hereinafter called the “LESSEE” which expression where the context so admits shall include its successors and assigns) of the other part witnesseth as follows:-
1. Mr. Akula Srinivas (lessor) is absolute owner of the Lease Schedule Property building and the site and each titled to Regestered Doct.No.108/2005 Dated 18.01.2005.
The Lessor hereby agreed to lease out the schedule building shop to lessee for purpose of running ATM counter at Sakhinetipalli.

The Lessor hereby leases the Lessee all that piece or parcel of land with the building erected thereon, more particularly described in the scheduled attached hereto together with ditches, rights easements, privilege advantages and appurtenances herein after referred to as the Lease holds scheduled property by the “SAID PREMISES” for a term of five years from 1st day of August Two thousand thirteen. The Lessee paying there a rent of Rs. 2800/- P.M. to the lessor on the last day of every month.
3. The lessee doth hereby convent with the lessor as follows.
A) To pay the said rents herein after reserved at the times and in the matter aforesaid.
B) To pay properly the water and electricity consumption charges payable by
