Polyarthritis Case Study
XXX years old male admitted to the hospital. He suffered from swelling of the left middle finger and the fifth toe since 6 months of age. He experienced a pain and swelling of right hip joint at 1 years and 2 months of age, and was prescribed antibiotics with the diagnosis of purulent coxitis. Since he had recurrent polyarthritis after then, he was prescribed the “”name of drug”” (NSADs) with the diagnosis of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA) at xxx years and xxx months of age, but it was not effective. Then, he was treated with pulse corticosteroid therapy, followed by the prednisolone (PSL) and methotrexate (MTX) therapy, but these treatment were partially effective. He started tocilizumab (TCZ) at xxx years and xxx months of age.
