Pole dance originated in the United States in the 1920s and the 1950s, it was common for pole dancing in burlesque clubs. Although today there are many people associate pole dancing with stripping and lapdance, it starts now to become a more popular form of exercise. More and more women have discovered and become obsessed with this method. It is clear that pole dancing is one of the new hot in training.

Kristina Blegen, who has opened a pole dancing studio in Ski, hoping to remove prejudices against pole dancing. -It is sad that most of the connecting pole dancing up against stripping. We are not dancing in corset and stiletto heels. Pole dancing is acrobatics on the pole, and it's really tough workout.
Pole dancing may look easy, but you need both physical and mental strength as well as good balance. To combine dance with gymnastics and uses your own body weight as resistance, allowing training to be both aerobic and anaerobic. It gives a good overall body strength while the body forms. -One of the reasons that pole dance is so amazing is that everyone can move on its own way and challenge themselves. Pole dancing is a great way to build muscle, and is especially good exercise for back and pelvic pain. Not only do you get more flexibility and strength, but the dancing gives you much more confidence!

Pole dance will be more and more popular to come now that it has established in Norway. -Training is not only rewarding, challenging, inspiring and motivating, it's also incredibly fun!
In Norway, it's almost become taboo to be sexy, but pole dancing studio to Kristina teaches that there is actually quite nice! -The feedback I have received from my students is positive! They think pole dancing is a great form of exercise, while confidence is lifted when they master something. I also see how they develop, both physically and mentally, and it is fantastic.
