The spry meadows are held captive in binding dismal white
Until Winter's final breath meets an end with desolate entice
For one frigid grasp elongates all branches with such contrite
Shall the sun be revenged, for it pertains the snow with vice?
Or is there proof that an intolerable moment not at all exists?
Let it be that patience is evermore a virtue, evermore an imperative embrace
Composure dissolves the unforgiving snow to bring warmth, the light persists
Skies masked with thick swirls of barren gray leave but a fleeting trace
With a trying path that may bury a restored hope with unclear footprints
A flicker of light will begin to rise above, to all those who believe what deems only true
Glistening a beam of direction, aligned blossoms formed as a graceful hand with one hint
Grass that was once frail regains its strength, all that was dead is now new
