Pharmacare's Ethical Issues
When considering the ethical issues related to PharmaCARE’s marketing and advertising, intellectual property and regulation of product safety of AD23 there are three issues. The issues elaborated below are (1) misleading/false advertising, (2) discrimination in distribution and most importantly (3) dangerous products.
Misleading/False advertising is using deceptive statements when promoting a product. PharmaCARE’s marketed and advertised AD23 in deceptive manner. The product has been marketed and advertised as being effective without testing the new formulation, or performing additional clinical trials. PharmaCARE’s should have done intensive testing to show that’s the product was safe. In the evnt the product was not safe the company should
