Abstract Before focusing on my favorite chapter, I would love to give an overall grasp of ‘Drucker’. There emerged so many brandy new insights in this book, while first of all, it answers a main question ’How can a person be recognized as a capable Manager’ by defining that Regulators are a group of knowledgeable people who can not only be responsible for the daily operation but also manage to use their positions as well as skills to boost a positive effect within the society in order to realize target.
It seems that the traditional concept of ‘Manager’ has been subverted and even further developed. In this book, administration people are no longer merely restricted to someone who occupies a relatively higher position and gives orders always. People who implement strategies in the practice and take efficient actions in person should also be included in the group of Managers. Both mental and physical workers have a possibility to become an outstanding regulator as long as they make efficient contribution in reaching the corresponding destination.
