Music Generally Promotes a Negative Lifestyle Compared to Otherwise

OPENER BUILDING ON AREAS OF AGREEMENT
It’s a well-known fact that one of the primary hobbies of humanity from the medieval times to now, is listening to music. Therefore, we can say music has become such an intricate part in our daily lives. Why has the art of playing of sounds and instruments become so alluring? According to most avid listeners of music in general, music provides enjoyment, satisfaction, or invokes a strong deep feeling in their hearts also known as ‘emo’. I am here to say , music does have its benefits but let us open our eyes wide enough to see that the moral decay in society , the breakdown of households and the devastating statistics of crime occurrences occurred because the strong influences in music.

STATEMENT OF SPECIFIC PURPOSE
To persuade the audience to be aware of what they are listening every day and encourage them to be selective regarding music material. PREVIEW OF MAIN POINTS
There are several reasons why music generally promotes negative styles compared to otherwise.
Music advocates violence.
Listeners adopt negative attitudes.
Listeners exhibit satanic lifestyles.
TRANSITION: A majority of you will definitely doubt the topic that I have in hand today. Allow me to enlighten your hearts and reveal to you how adverse and unflattering music was not ought to be.
