Persuasive Essay On Syrian Passport
Syrians like me are being treated very poorly by other countries. They are forcing us to get passports of different origin. Thanks to the news fabricated lies, Syrians are now considered “troublemakers”, and that convinced other countries to not accept us. As a result, some countries are not allowing anyone carrying a Syrian passport into their country. Since the news inspirited them to believe that we are all potential troublemakers, emanate from a poor country, and will take jobs from the host country’s denizens, Syrians need to protest and explicate our authentic situation.
Countless numbers of people postulate that anyone who carries a Syrian passport is a terrorist, or at least “troublemakers”, and should not have the privilege to live

Syrian citizens have a hard time getting out of Syria because they lost almost everything and were afraid they might get killed by the locals. On the other hand, neighboring countries are metaphorically “spitting in their faces” instead of helping them to get out of this sticky situation. They are turning a “blind eye” on their former allies and are forcing people to enter their countries as refugees and are treating them inhumanly because of some financial standing. In addition, other countries are not allowing people carrying a Syrian passport into their country even as refugees. Believing that the civil war currently transpiring in Syria will affect everyone’s comportment towards other denizens and may lead to an incrimination in crime rates in their country. I experienced a similar situation myself when I was trying to move out of Syria. After hearing the bad news that my visa request to Dubai was rejected, I applied for an African passport which was my last resort. A month went by, and I received my passport. I applied for a second visa and surprisingly it was accepted, but I was considered an African and not Syrian. My nationality on my personal ID, student ID and driver’s license was African and not Syrian. As a result, everyone believed I was African and not Syrian which made me think that the government wanted people to think their safe and that there are no Syrians in their

Since 2011 Syria has been under Civil War, putting millions of Syrians in out of their homes, communities and home country. Many Syrians have been forced in to refuges camps in Jordan and other countries; many more have been forced to flee the country to neighbouring countries and countries around the world. Men have been taken away from their families to fight in the war, women have been forced to leave their world and children have had to leave their friends, school, and sometimes extended family. Children are missing out on important life-skills, including social, and cognitive development. To try and combat these major issues, Canada should allow 25,000 Syrian refugee families into the country over the next two years.…

Very often, people do not know what a refugee is, and what they have to go through, and once they do get informed about whom they are and their characteristics, they compare them to immigrants. What they don’t know is that these two peoples are very common but only come to a new country because of different reasons.…

If one ever sees a child getting injured by the bullies, their first instinct should be protecting the child from the bullies and the harm. Not only they are protecting the child, you treat the injuries on them. This is similar case happened when Syrian Civil War broke out in 2011, killing and hurting many of the civilians. To avoid the worst-case scenarios, many Syrians are escaping from their homes, where many other countries are welcoming them to their new homes for safety. Although many believe that United States should not allow Syrian refugees, but it is very clear that United States allow them because it is more capable of taking the refugees, since they are more economically, socially, and politically stable than other countries and…

A series of pro-democracy protests that took place in 2011 in Syria has escalated into a full-blown civil war. Because of this, one of the bigger issues that has risen over the past few years is the amount of people that have fled Syria due to the war. Roughly, over four million Syrian refugees had to flee; most of them are women and children. This has not only developed into a problem for the refugees themselves but to many neighboring countries as well. Some of these include Lebanon, Turkey, Jordan and Greece. The U.N has taken note over the situation since many countries are struggling to accommodate the thousands of refugees that come in on a regular basis.…

As most of us know, recently there was an attack at Paris by a popular group of terrorist known as Isis, although this is not their first attack, whether or not refugees are to be accepted into the U.S. has brought more attention. ISIS stands for Islamic State in Iraq and Syria and they are a group of religious extremist and their main goal is to create a group of Muslims who will all follow their extremist beliefs. The problem with that is that now many Muslims are being shamed because of this group, even if all theses other poor people may have nothing to do with ISIS, they are being dragged into their problems, Now many other states are refusing to let thousands of innocent refugees into their land for the sake…

“A Syrian baby born on the beach in Lesbos was welcomed into this world by an Israeli doctor and carried to safety by an Iraqi refugee. Not one person arriving on the beach this last week said anything about our nationalities. They were just happy to have people here to welcome them, and to look after them. Your hatred is not welcome here. There is another way, and we showed it together on the beaches of Lesbos,” says Peter Bouckaert, the emergencies director of Human Rights Watch.…

In this day and age, racism and hate crimes are still huge throughout the world, especially in America. One of the groups discriminated against in America and Europe are Muslims and other Arab groups. Many Muslims were targeted, murdered, discriminated against, and have been considered “terrorists” since the 9/11 attack in 2001; many of these people were thought to be linked with Arab extremist groups and have lost their lives because of this. An example of discrimination closer to 2016 is the refusal of many people to help Syrian refugees hide and have protection from their own government. In World History, these people refusing to help would’ve learned that there are few countries in the Middle East and Asia that have been linked to any extreme groups in this area. There is a multitude of Arabs who do not agree with their governments and wish to escape in all of their willpower. People need to realize that not everyone…

The unsanitary and cramped camps that they are currently staying in in neighboring countries, when compared to the violence the Syrians faced back in their country, are the lesser of two evils. Yes, millions of refugees need better conditions to live in until their country is safe, but, now, America is not the right place for those refugees to be. ISIS, which has most its members in Syria, causes a security concern far too great for the U.S. to ignore, the economy is not strong enough to support a mass influx of refugees, high social tensions would create problems, and the lack of monetary resources could leave America unable to provide for the refugee’s…

Immigration is what makes our country so diverse and full of culture. The recent ban on immigrants entering the United States by the Trump administration has led a vast majority of people to speak out against this initiative. Trump has made it seem as if immigrant are the problem of this country. On the contrary, immigrants not only are benefiting themselves in search of a better life, but studies have proven that they “produce benefits and cost not only for the migrants and their native sponsors but also for the larger society and economy.” A countering argument people have is that they are replacing the natives and essentially stealing their job opportunities. Yet again, studies have shown that immigrants actually “complement natives, raising…

Illegal Immigration has been a major problem for many years in the United States. It is not something that is new to the U.S and every day immigrants come across the border or in a very unsafe and illegal way. Many have the option to come to the United States with a visa, and others come with nothing and stay illegally and work in various and some hidden places. Immigration helps the economy with many benefits because they are paid less and more productive. The con of it is they do not pay taxes.
