Aye Batter Swing!

There are several ways to watch my favorite sport softball. You can hear it on the radio, watch it on Tv, or even better you can watch it live. In my opinion live is the best way to watch softball. There are many reasons to love softball for example, it is my best sport and I enjoy playing. Especially when I go up to bat and the feeling I get once my bat makes contact with the ball. You also get to meet many different people from different teams if you play travel ball.

I love playing softball but I also enjoy watching it. The best way to really enjoy softball by watching it is live. You get to actually be there and see the players in person, you will really know what’s going on. When it comes to pitching in softball and baseball you will be able to spot the difference right away. Pitchers in baseball throw the baseball over hand while softball players throw the softball underhand. Since softball players throw softballs underhand there is a difference in the pitching rules of baseball and softball. Softball players do not a have a regulation on how many innings they can throw, while baseball players have a limit of how many innings they are allowed to throw. This rule was established because throwing overhand takes a huge toll on the arm, while throwing underhand is more of a natural motion. The similarity between these two sports is the way pitches are called, balls and strikes, and hits and walks determine both sports and the outcome in the end.…

“PLAY BALL!!” This is a saying that has been used for many years in softball as well as in baseball. Now, those two words will not be heard in the Olympics for at least half a decade. The sport should be reinstated in the 2016 Olympics because the sport will die if it is not, it gives young girls a dream, and it will greatly decrease the amount of women participating in the Olympic Games.…
