1. How would you define personality?

I would define personality as the as the general trend of how a person thinks and behaves. It is a composition of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of every person. One can determine one’s personality through expressions. People are unique in their own ways, which would explain how individuals obtain their own personalities. Some people may be outgoing, happy all the time, up at the crack of dawn and ready to start their day. While, there are others that are not a people person and would rather be to themselves. Stay at the house all day, and to this happy person it looks like they have a boring life, which indeed that isn’t the case at all. It’s what they enjoy doing.

2. What are some key personality features that define you?

Some of the most important personality features that define me are: Dependable and Independent to be the main two, then there are that I am reliable, honest and trust worthy. With these personality features I use them daily to tech my children not to rely on anyone other than you. To always help others and be honest. Never try to live higher than your means. I tell my children; Love what you have, Need what you want, Accept what you receive, and always give what you can for you never know when you may be the one that needs. I want them to be prepared for what may come their way. No One knows what the future may hold.

3. What key concepts or “constructs” are used to explain your personality?

The key concepts that I have chosen to use would explain my personality and how it has lived within me from childhood into

Do on to others, as you would want them to do to you. I think this basic principle or saying is very powerful. If everybody abided by it the world would not have as many problems as it does now. For example people wouldn’t steal because they wouldn’t want their possessions to be stolen or robbed. People wouldn’t kill each other because they wouldn’t want to be killed themselves. This is a saying my parents always drilled into my head ever since I was a few years old and it stuck with me all these years. I try to respect everybody because I like to be respected back. This is the second trait I would like others to remember me…

I enjoy structure and organizations. I like to know what to expect. I prefer to be organized and have set plans. I have a great memory for detail and am practical minded. Characteristically, I’m humble and unassertive. Due to my personality type, I value my personal relationships yet am very reserved towards new people: “Because they are quiet, people sometimes misinterpret this as standoffish behavior.” (Cherry) I rarely disclose personal information unless it’s to one of my few best friends. My personality type tends to be focused on our surroundings and can relate details to our personal experiences. I’m a compassionate listener and remember details about individuals. This will help me in pursuing my future career as a counselor. I enjoy hearing facts about others while making a connection with them.…

Being reliable is another important trait to have. I have always made sure I could be reliable and trustworthy. I reassure others that they can rely on me to get my job done at work. When I say i’m going to do something with work or my friends, I don’t back out of it. I own up to my mistakes and admit when i’m wrong. You can always rely on me to tell the truth and be honest (I don’t have any reason to lie).…
