Personal Narrative: Wild
Okay, so, this story may be a little embarrassing, or a little pointless to write about. I mean, who wants to hear a story about how a twelve year-old flipped over a golf cart? Also, that stupid girl also got tendonitis for about the whole summer. Yep, that girl was me. It all started after my 7th grade science MSL, my last standardized test of the year. I was ecstatic! My friend, Ally, and I were picked up early by my sister, Taylor. On the way home we had gotten some Sonic to eat for lunch, along with slushies that made both teenage girls be even more hyperactive than they were before. While we were sitting in my, not so tidy room, we both had a brilliant idea to do something totally wild. “Why don’t we go on the golf cart,” Ally inquired, “your dad just had it fixed up and painted.” “Uh,” I murmured, greatly knowing that my dad would kill me if he found out that we rode the brand new golf cart without him home or knowing, “Sure!” Now listen, I like to …show more content…
“Y’all deserved what you got for disobeying the law.” This is the reason I hate policemen, he was being so rude! I don’t even know what Darrel was thinking when he said that! After that, it was mostly a blur, I remember a man in a black car driving us home. I now know how dangerous that was, and would never do that again. Once we got home my ankle was hurting even worse and I couldn't walk. But this is the part that surprised me, when my dad got home, he didn't yell. He hugged Ally and I tighter than he ever had before, and told us everything was okay and he was glad we were safe. More blur, because I did my very best to forget about this, but I remember taking a hot shower and being absolutely terrified that the shower was gonna flip over. And some (a lot) of post-traumatic stress disorder, in the car ride to the Orthopedic doctor. Once they had a thorough examination of my incident, they came to the conclusion that I had a ‘wicked-severe’ case of

Then we started down the steep hill and my bike speedometer said I was going 40 mph. I was looking ahead to see if any cars were coming and I came up on the turn to fast and I was braking in the corner which was a huge mistake. My back tire slipped out and I hit the pavement and started sliding but miraculously managed to jump on my bike when it was on it’s side and ride it into the curb. BANG! As soon as I hit the curb I jumped up and looked at my Knees which were a little bloody but I didn't think it was too bad so I got my bike to continue the ride and I felt a bumping when I was riding and realized my tire was flat so we pulled over to look at it. That's when we realized I had a bigger gash then we thought so we went to the fire station which was a few blocks away to get some hydrogen peroxide and they said I needed to get stitches. Unfortunately we had to headed back and dropped off our bikes so we could ride the streetcar to the hospital. While we were waiting I was walking back and forth and I walked like a zombie when I saw this guy walking in my direction. He got freaked out and ran the other…

In the summer of 2012, my mother and I decided to go up north to Medford, Wisconsin. This weekend it was a special day! The Fourth of July! All I was worried about was fireworks. I love fire my parents always called me a pyro as a little kid. Son we packed up all our stuff for the weekend and headed out for the long car ride ahead of us. The first thing I saw when we pulled up was a huge landscape filled with trees and small, leafy brush everywhere! In the middle of it was a gigantic pond, I guess you could call it a lake. It was this weekend that I added multiple things to my experiences. Boating, lighting off fireworks, and getting lost in the woods changed my perspective a little bit.…

    coolest thing i ever did

The coolest thing I’ve ever done or should I say the dumbest thing I ever done was run my mother’s car into our house. It was the end of summer starting my freshman year at Destrehan High School and I wanted to do something that would have made me seem cool to the kids around the neighborhood so I decided to steal my mother’s car. My mom owned a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder that she didn’t really use, usually just my step dad would use it to go to work and my mom used the truck so I didn’t see a problem with them riding together one morning so I can have the car for myself for the day. One morning during the beginning of the week my step dad had set the key down on the table and it was just a key so I could have easily took it and have everyone else think he misplaced it. For two days straight my parents was looking for the key and I acted as though I had no idea of what they was looking for but he just used the spare key.…
