Personal Narrative: The Life Of Virus-J, And Crime
February 17: I left yesterday to go find some food and found Ms. Manigat’s house, and her garden. I knew it was her house because it had some pictures of her hanging on the walls. I found other homes but they were all empty, with all the windows shattered, and doors knocked in. I found some cassava, which I knew how to eat because Ms. Maingat showed me how to. The water was still running, so I found a jug and filled it up to bring back with me to my room. It is scary in the outside, my room is the only place I really feel safe. I turned on her t.v. to see what was on and I saw the news. The facility that I was at had been attacked! The town did not like that I was there and alive while many other people were getting sick from Virus-J and dying. …show more content…
They made a huge fire in the parking and were yelling, get him, I heard them saying other things but could not make out what they saying and chanting. I saw some of them with guns, and knives. I ran back to my room and got my journal and clothes, but by that time they were starting to surround the building. I knew I had to be quick to make it out alive. I went down to the first floor and to a widow in the back but they were already there. I ran to front of the building thinking to myself that if I made enough noise, it would distract them and they would all go to that one area, it worked. I ran as fast as I could to the back window again and it was clear this time. I climbed out the window and ran as fast as lightening through the tall grass that was in the field next to the facility. I made it Ms. Manigat's house I am safe now.
February 21: I thought that I was safe here at Ms. Manigat’s house, but I guess that the town’s people knew where everyone that worked at the facility lived. The mob found me last night hiding in the bathroom closet. They tied me up and then beat me up. I acted like I was dead just so they would stop beating me it hurt really bad. I do not know what I'm going to do now because they know where I am. I am going to have to find a new place to hide or they are going to kill me. I am going to pack some food and water tomorrow and then start

Manigat had thought me. I thought that no one was around and started to look for somewhere new but someone was following me so I started to run. I heard the footsteps getting closer. My heart was pounding, and I started to drip in sweat. I tripped and fell down, and when I turned around it was my dad. He said that they went into hiding and had no choice but to leave me behind at the time but planned on coming back to get me, but things got really bad quickly. They had been in a secret underground shelter where they had everything that we needed to survive. Now I am reunited with my family living happily together in hiding, why we are able to live with Virus-J and others are not we do not know the answer, nor do know what will happen next, but we do know we are happy and together once again and that is all that matters to

As I woke up I had an urging feeling that something unusual was going to happen. I decided that I would go find some Normies to enslave. I went to the usual Normie Hangouts (stuff like cool kid highschool parties.)and captured around 40-55 Normies. When I got home my dad notified me that Minh had come to my house and wanted me to come and see him A$AP ROCKY. I finally got to minh’s house there were 2 broken windows and his family was screaming. I lost track of time, but all I knew was that the daylight was disappearing. After taking the back roads we had finally approached the Wirraree hospital. The town was awfully quiet, so quiet that I could hear my pounding heart out in the open, making me fall in to great suspicion that I was in some sort of trap ready to be captured. Corrie and I were still in the car with the engine running. I didn’t want to get out just yet, unsure of why, but I knew there was soon to be a reason. Turning my head, I noticed three large security cameras in view. Without thinking clearly, I immediately swerved out of sight into a small dark alleyway not knowing it had a dead end. We hid in there for a few minutes, so I could swiftly think about how I could get Corrie out of the car and safely into the hospital without being seen. Before I really even had a minute to consider my…

“Click clack click clack.” my footsteps echoed throughout the dark damp jail cell. I stood against the wall and slid down. I heard muffled sounds of car engines and talking. My breath stopped. A line of cars came rumbling down the road, one after another. My heart started pounding. Beads of sweat started rolling down my forehead. I sat there silently all alone in a dark cell wanting to end my life in that moment. They were coming for me. I said it over and over. There was no hope. In the next moments I would be punished for a crime I had not committed. Those white men were going to kill me.…

Vik, short for Vikash, lay on his side, in the hospital room, where Suraj had gently left him. A nurse was fussing about nearby. He wanted to be alone.
