Personal Narrative: Real Estate Appraiser
Hello, everyone! I am Qin. Currently, I work as a real estate appraiser in Canada---I estimate residential property market values for banks/credit unions. Prior to this, I worked as a project manager for an agricultural equipment exporter for over 3 years. SMU’s MBA program will help me to piece together my various work experiences. I am originally from China. I used to live in Singapore for 4 years for secondary school. I absolutely love the food in Singapore. The warm weather is another big bonus for me, considering it is already snowing here in Canada. I enjoy hiking, camping, running and few beers. Give me a shout if any of you guys enjoy these too!
