My world was changing.

Sometimes I wished I could freeze time right now, right at my age, and keep everything right where they are now, always looking forward to the future but never actually getting there. Life in this moment, my peaceful, relatively quiet existence was perfect. Except that it wasn’t. Now that her boyfriend of six years had finally proposed, my older sister was leaving us for her new home in the Froyelles province. So if I could, I’d freeze time right here and slip away with Georgiana for a few moments before she left me forever.
