Personal Narrative: My Experience With FBLA
For the past 2 years I have been a member of FBLA, also known as Future Business Leaders of America. I have been under the guidance of Mrs. Gabel, Mr. Shrader, and Mrs. Smith through these last couple of years, and they have been an important part of my experience with FBLA. Through their influence, they encouraged me to volunteer through different means, such as the food drive and helping with concession stands. I volunteer my time because it helps out the community and helps those who are in need. The concession stands also were not required, but if you wanted to help fundraise, you would be helping out the local chapter. The food drive is where different members of our local chapter of FBLA gathered together, and collected extra food that people didn’t need.
