Before came to Canada on May this year, I was concern about been an immigrant in this country. I had the misconception that maybe Canadians could be racist somehow because the experience that I had when I used to live in Portugal. As you know I am from Venezuela but also, I am Portuguese, and before came to Canada we used to live in Portugal during my second pregnancy. That was the hardest time of my life because even though I am Portuguese, I felt that people from there was making differences with me and my family, and that was so hard for us.
