Personal Narrative: My Experience At Hyversal
I was previously staff on Hyversal also know as the old Unity. This server averaged 400 players for a while till it died. Iv'e done my part to the server and have tried multiple times to help the server come back up. The staff were so toxic I couln't do anything about it, which is the reason why I left and such. My role was staff manager, forums manager and community manager. What I did was accept staff and deal with forums, I also have dealt with getting partners for the server. Kenzoo used to own the server until he saw how toxic the staff was. My experience at Hyversal helped me improve my staffing skills. Since I took the role of being a manager on Hyversal I lost my screen sharing skills since I never really updated my methods. I resigned
