Personal Narrative: My Experience As A Registered Officer
Team work, flexibility, adaptability, awareness, planning, organization, communication and analytical proficiency are the skills I possess and will always continue to build upon as a Soldier. The challenge I strive for as a commissioned officer is that of leadership and command. I feel that my experience leading Soldiers as a non-commissioned officer will form the basis of success as an officer. I have assisted the development and execution of command decisions and feel well prepared to make and implement the difficult decisions. I want the mantle of leadership and the challenge greater responsibility. I strive to meet any goal and reach it no matter difficulty.
