It was not until I was fifteen that I was able to figure out what I wanted to do with my life. This realization came from spending eight weeks working as a camp counselor to a large group of six year old boys. While being a camp counselor is extremely challenging, and some might look down on the fact that I have spent my summers working at a summer camp instead of interning or having a job that pays more. The truth is I would not have spent my summers anywhere else, being able to help build and shape these kids minds in a positive way was the biggest reward.
