Now this is where I`m supposed to write “all about me”. This is where I become lost. I mean, come on. I wouldn`t know where to start. But I guess the best way to have an idea what makes me tick and what ticks me off is by checking my journal that i fill with endless ramblings about whatever and whoever catches my fleeting fancy or rage. :)…
In March 2011, I took a few days of classes and received my hunting education certification. Looking back, the actual class time is just a blur of what not to do, but I was reminded of them when I took drivers education last December, with the what not to do teachings. I also remember being very nervous about the test, but having a great feeling when I learned I passed. That October, I remember being immensely excited to go on my first hunt. The night before my dad and I left, I had a parent teacher conference and I remember getting some strange looks in the parking lot because we had a trailer loaded with tents, four wheelers, chairs, and a bunch of other stuff…
Two years ago, on a cold Saturday morning, I prepared for my first ever track tryout. I took a shower, put on my clothes, and got into the car. On my way to practice, I felt strong physically, but I also had an undefined, jittery feeling about how the day was going to go.…
On 03/11/17, at 7:48pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 900 Midland Ave on a dog’s at large, patrol only. I arrived in the area and drove around. I was driving southbound on Midland Ave when two grey and white pit bull run in front of my vehicle; I stopped my vehicle and took pictures of the dogs loose. The dogs ran northbound on Midland Ave. I turned my vehicle around to give chase. The dogs were let into 900 Midland Ave by unknown juveniles. I approached the house and knocked on the door. An unknown female and dog keeper Haley Stanley came out of the house. I advised them of the situation and that I needed to talk to the dog owner. I was advised that the dog owner wasn’t home. I advised the unknown female and Ms. Stanley…
He shut his eyes, squeezing them together, before suddenly running to the bathroom, leaning over the toilet helplessly as he emptied all his body contained, which wasn’t enough to start with. In the beginning, it had all started innocently enough. Last minute cancels in order to take Clarissa on a date, but he would make it up the next day. Then weeks ahead of the event, he would call Everett with the same story, that she wasn’t free on any other day, and that he just had to be able to see her again, that he would be a terrible boyfriend if he were to leave her alone.…
Cynthia has been motivating and inspiring people to strive to reach their full potential all the while not fully believing she could do it for herself. She started her career in corporate America and spent the first 20 years in accounting. She then entered full time ministry in 1993 and received her license to preach the gospel in 1997.…
“Wow sounds like this was starting to get interesting. So who was Darcy and what did they tell Fisk that lead to all of this?” Terry asked.…
Later, just a couple of minutes before Prep, I sat by the phone rooms, nauseous about how I would break the world-shattering news to Sophie. Ah, my beloved Sophie, we dated last year until she saw Matt Shauman. But I would have won her back with these tickets. Maybe I can say that I was suspended and Max will get them for her, so as not to break her fragile heart. So, plucking up my last piece of courage, I entered a phone cubicle and dialled her boarding house’s number. Brrrr, Brrrr, with numb fingers, they shook like an earthquake, so wedging the phone between my shoulder and ear, my breathing…
As Alice McKelan exited the abandoned train station on October 23rd at 10:30 pm her blonde hair blew in her face, covering it like a blanket. She made her way hurriedly down the platform stairs and onto the dimly lit street below, tugging at her coat in an attempt to shelter her body from the chill.…
“I got this! I got this! Just calm down and take position. You have prepared yourself for this race all morning.” “Just take your position and breathe.” “Why is my heart pounding like this?” “Inhale and exhale.” This is normal for UWA freshman Sarah McMillion on race day. She constantly overthinks and worries about her performance. Her nerves even cause her to wake up early to prepare.…
Hola Diana, hope you are enjoying your week, and a happy easter to you too. Yes I saw those videos of the ice bridge collapsing , it must have been amazing to be there hearing all the noises of the ice craking and the thunderous sound of it falling into the lake, you wouldn't want to be in a fishing boat there when that crashed. Not looking forward to this saturday without the 60's show, and it will be sad to loose the people that can't make the sunday slot. I'll post this bit before it crashes again.…
One time when I challenged my own beliefs, I questioned my own skills. It was one of the most crushing and confusing moments of my life. I was indecisive, hesitant, and most certainly doubtful. I couldn’t even imagine myself, an inexperienced sophomore, working in a career major that I’ve never even thought of doing in the first place.…

A few minutes had passed since I last talked to Mrs. Morrow, it was getting boring. Mrs. Morrow made me think about old Ernest. How everyone hated his gut, but to his mom he was an angel from heaven. He would always tease you and make fun of your clothes and one time old Ernest and I almost got into a fight.…
2390 East Huntsville Road, I was 5 years old and use to my dad never being around always working until 3 am at his work. I don't remember waking up with my dad being home, but that had been life since I can remember. What I do remember is that I consider it the worst day of my life. I was 6 years old at the time, I got picked up from school by my mother who had a very cold look on her face the car ride home, but I didn’t think much of it. She was an adult and adults got upset easily. When we pulled into the drive I got out and I was excited to share my day with her, today for me was like every other day. But something was different, my father was home. My dad and mom asked me to come into their room for a minute, the…
