Personal Narrative: In-House Training
Out of all of the jobs I have ever held, I would have to state my job as a FINRA Licensed Principal and Trainer, I was intrinsically motivated by my employer to develop a continued education training program for licensed representatives. The company was looking for a way to curb outside training costs by developing in-house training. After developing the training program and receiving a bonus, I felt as if okay this is normal for my job. However, I felt the job satisfaction came from receiving wonderful feedback from the licensed representatives in regard to the in-house training program. I can honestly state that for me this was more rewarding than receiving the usual increases and bonuses, because the monetary amounts were the norm. I
