Over the past few months I have notice that there has been an uneven work load between Ruth Disselkoen and Jack Snyder. Ruth has been cutting down her breaks and taking overtime to complete work assignments within the last 3 months. Jack, I have noticed that he had been taking more breaks and seems to not have much to do. However, still able to be professional with the work he does complete. Ruth, on the other hand, I have received a few complaints about work quality. Clearly there is a problem with the work load.
I am wondering if it is due to Jessica Hilo’s Medical Leave. We are still unsure of when Jessica will be returning back to work. But I would like to set up a meeting to see about how we can manage this problem. Please bring and questions or concerns to the table to that we can get everything taking care of.
One of the problems is that with the over time that Ruth had been having to do so her work is completed in a timely manner. The company has been spending an additional $200 to pay for the time that she has spent here at the office. Which has been affecting the company.
I would like to set up a system were Jack and Ruth keeps a log of all of the task they have completed within that day. Using just lined paper keep track of all work that has been processed and done. Starting with Date the task you started time you started the task to time you ended that task and what task you are doing and finally if the task was complete or incomplete. This was I can know how I can change the office assignments. Please see example on the next page to see how your log should look.

Please be sure you log is detailed on each task. If you did filing, What did you file? If you were handling supplies, What supplies did you handle?
By using this system it will help you stay on track to complete all tasks and if interrupted you will be able to know what the last task was that
