I. Statement of the Problem
It is a challenge to Pegasus Airlines to provide a sustainable competitive advantage against prevailing competitors and to have the most economical flight opportunities for its customers.

II. Areas of Consideration
A. Strengths
• Offers customer service experience
• Uses efficient management techniques
• Employs creative communication with its customers
• Has developed a specific customer satisfaction policy
• Provides easy access to internal hub
B. Weaknesses
• Instability of the airlines income due to its low cost fair
• They cannot penetrate the international market.
C. Opportunities
• Lack of other airline companies in Turkey.
• Can expand operations to other neighboring countries.
• Has strong word of mouth.

D. Threats
• Entrance of foreign and local competitors
• Expansion of businesses by competitors.
• Economic instability of the country.
• Possibility of another military coup d’état in the country.

III. Formulation of Strategies

A. Alternative Course of Action 1 (ACA 1)
• Expand to new markets.
B. Alternative Course of Action 2 (ACA 2)
• Develop the company brand
C. Alternative Course of Action 3 (ACA 3)
• Create an unforgettable customer experience for the passenger.

IV. Analysis
 ACA #1 - Expand to new markets
Pegasus Airlines should open its services of providing a delighting experience to its other people in the four corners of the globe through expanding its flight destinations internationally. Using one of its opportunities, Pegasus Airlines could establish destinations to key cities in countries where its major competitor has no destination. The best example is Australia.
