i) One-time Lease Money, HT Line, Power Back-up charges (Non Refundable). | Rs. 100.00/sq. ft. on Super Built-up Area | ii) Interest Free Security Deposit for Society | Rs.50.00/sq. ft on the Super Built-Up Area | iii) PLC Charges Extra of Basic Sale Price (Applicable only for Flat No.3 & 4 – Block A AND Flat No.5 & 6 – Block B) on each floor | Rs. 150.00/sq. ft. on Super Built-up Area | iv) Club House Charges | Rs.1,00,000/- each flat | v) Gas Bank Charges | Rs.25,000/- each flat |

Note: Monthly Maintenance Charges shall be payable extra. Equal to 12 months Monthly Maintenance Charges payable by the Buyer at the time of Possession/Registry.

Stamp Duty/registration charges shall be payable along with the last installment based on prevailing rates.
Service tax shall be payable extra
