Patient Safety Issues
Patient safety is the primary concern of hospitals and health care staff members of a well-being of the patients in their care. Nurses number one priority should be the responsibility of other patients and parent’s safety because it will help sustain quality health care. The books case study shows that Physicians and patients can get into a conflict and the methods of eliminating the argument is really important. Keeping our patients safe can sometimes be a challenging issue because errors and mistakes can happen during these encounters. All practitioners are responsible for keeping their patients in a safe environment and making sure the patient has the safest possible outcome. This is a worldwide issue that will never be completely resolved because medical errors and disputes are always prone to happen in a medical environment.

Most nurses and physicians have focused more towards medical experimentation rather than the rights of patients, which has been disregarded. There should always be a two or more nurse practitioners during every doctor meet. Some medical fears among nurse practitioners towards patients are misunderstanding, liability, and lack of communication. This can also be present regarding employees such as discriminatory actions and mismanagement, which may have arisen from previous complications. A shortage of practitioners also has an effect on reducing the quality of patient care, which does not give patients the sufficient care they need.
